JOB SUMMARY:
In this role, you are the face of ClassPass to our Corporate partners and their employees. Your interactions with these partners and their employees will largely influence a programme’s success. The primary focus of this role is to lead the onboarding of qualifying client accounts, ensuring a smooth implementation process that drives employee sign-ups and successful adoption of the ClassPass benefit. Once a contract is signed, and the programme is built and ready to launch, you will confidently communicate the ClassPass value proposition, demo the enrollment process, and highlight the usefulness of our tools to maximise subscriber acquisition. During the first 90 days an account is live on ClassPass, you’ll also effectively troubleshoot partner issues as they arise, advocate for our partners, escalate bugs, and communicate pain points and feature requests through the appropriate channels.
The ideal candidate will leverage their outstanding communication skills and impeccable attention to detail to connect with partners and foster mutually beneficial relationships to set accounts up for success. They will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, demonstrating an agile and flexible mindset, strong organisational skills, and problem-solving skills. This is an excellent mid-level role for those looking to build a career in Account Management or Client Services, and/or those with an interest in Business Operations and Programme Management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a customer/client-facing role.
- A detail-oriented approach to executing tasks and an ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
- A team player and comfortable with an ever-changing startup environment.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and processes.
- A growth mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement, process optimisation, and enhancing the partner experience.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver outstanding service to new Corporate partners and serve as the primary point of contact for net new accounts.
- Execute a smooth transition from Sales to Launch once a contract is signed, and from Launch to Account Management at 90 days.
- Lead launch activities for qualifying accounts, including partner handoff calls, webinars, employee communications, and other enablement efforts designed to achieve subscriber acquisition.
- Drive against Month 1 subscriber acquisition targets, 30/60/90 engagement rate targets, and other key milestones.
- Build trusted partner relationships through clear communication, strong organization, and proactive issue resolution, effectively troubleshooting challenges and escalating when appropriate.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
SCOPE OF SUPERVISION/AUTHORITY:
Duties are performed under limited supervision. Often responsible for planning and organizing their own work, which may or may not be directly related to general business operations of the company or its customers. Will receive training and guidance from manager as needed. Individual contributors may be required to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance depending on the nature of the position. No direct management responsibility.
