About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Account Manager in EMEA to join ClassPass. In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for corporate clients, fostering long-term relationships through regular communication. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll drive client engagement, promote higher employee adoption of ClassPass, and identify upselling opportunities. Your focus will be on client retention and expanding partnerships, ensuring our solutions meet evolving needs while contributing to overall client satisfaction and company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and goals to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Regularly engage with clients, prioritising key accounts through quarterly check-ins to reinforce value and identify upselling opportunities.
- Leverage negotiation and persuasion skills to recommend additional services or features that align with client objectives, driving growth within accounts.
- Analyse engagement metrics to uncover trends, proactively addressing gaps with tailored solutions to boost retention, enrollment and client satisfaction.
- Deliver compelling presentations and organise promotional activities to increase employee participation and highlight ClassPass benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our EMEA Launch Specialist for smooth client onboarding and contribute to global account management projects as needed.
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ Years experience in account management or a sales related role.
- Knowledge of the fitness and employee benefits industry (a plus).
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Proven ability to analyse data and apply insights to improve client outcomes.
- Good experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Demonstrate success in partnerships management with a track record of delivering high performance.
