We’re recruiting for an experienced Complex Community Nurse to join a dynamic and growing complex care team in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity to work autonomously, using your clinical expertise to support, train, and guide care teams while making a direct difference to people’s lives in the community.
What we’re looking for:
- A Registered Nurse (Adult or Children’s) with complex care experience
- Someone confident in training, competency sign-off, and clinical governance
- A proactive clinician who enjoys leading from the front and developing others
- A strong communicator who values teamwork, quality, and person-centred care
Responsibilities:
- Assess and review individual complex care packages
- Provide clinical supervision, training, and competency assessments for support staff
- Deliver hands‑on care and ensure the highest clinical standards are met
- Liaise with clients, families, and MDT professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Support the Registered Manager and wider clinical team to maintain service excellence
- Audit and maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with NMC standards
- Champion safe medication administration and best practice in all care delivery
