We’re recruiting for a commercially minded Commercial Manager to join a rapidly expanding healthcare organisation delivering Complex Care, Domiciliary Care, Learning Disabilities support, NHS staffing, and Clinical Insourcing services. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth, developing new revenue streams, and strengthening relationships with commissioners and key partners across the Midlands and wider UK.

Responsibilities
- Lead commercial strategy across Complex Care, Domiciliary Care, and Learning Disabilities
- Build and maintain relationships with commissioners, ICBs, Trusts, case managers, and external partners
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across specialist community services
- Represent the organisation at commissioner meetings, framework events, and panel discussions
- Collaborate with clinical, quality, and operational teams to design safe, effective, commercially viable care packages
- Lead mobilisation of new services, ensuring commissioning compliance and robust workforce planning
- Develop bids, proposals, tenders, and pricing models
- Analyse market trends, competition, and commissioner priorities to drive strategic growth
- Support marketing and branding to strengthen commercial visibility
