We’re recruiting for an experienced Adult Clinical Service Lead Nurse to provide clinical oversight across growing community-based Complex Care services in Wolverhampton and Stafford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically strong Adult Nurse who enjoys combining case management, clinical leadership, training and hands-on support.

This role is perfect for:

  • An Adult Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
  • Someone with strong critical care or community Complex Care experience
  • A clinician experienced in tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG feeding, neurological and spinal conditions
  • A confident trainer and mentor who can develop carers and sign off competencies
  • Someone comfortable working autonomously across multiple community services

In this role, you will:

  • Provide clinical oversight for adults with complex needs living in their own homes
  • Assess new and existing clients and develop bespoke, person-centred care plans
  • Deliver competency-based training and support to care teams
  • Train carers in areas including tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG feeding, epilepsy and medication management
  • Support clients with neurological conditions, spinal injuries and other complex healthcare needs
  • Work closely with GPs, therapists and wider MDT professionals
  • Act as a key clinical contact for clients, families and care teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Adult Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Significant adult critical care or community Complex Care experience
  • Strong teaching, mentoring and competency assessment skills
  • Confident managing complex clinical interventions
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Ability to travel between Wolverhampton, Stone and community-based packages
