π¨ We are working with a client experiencing a rapid period of growth, who are looking for a Service Manager to oversee two homes in the Southampton Area supporting 5-7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. An experienced Manager or Deputy Manager of a supported living or residential service within the learning disability sector

In this role, you will:
πΉ Oversee three supported living services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge
πΉ Ensure safe, high-quality, and person-centred care delivery
πΉ Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of care staff
πΉ Maintain full compliance with CQC and internal governance standards
πΉ Support staff with RQF Diploma development and performance management
πΉ Manage rotas, budgets, and day-to-day operational performance
