🚨 We are working with a client experiencing a rapid period of growth, who are looking for a Service Manager to oversee two homes in the Southampton Area supporting 5-7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. This role is perfect for:
✅ An experienced Manager or Deputy Manager of a supported living or residential service within the learning disability sector

In this role, you will:
🔹 Oversee three supported living services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge
🔹 Ensure safe, high-quality, and person-centred care delivery
🔹 Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of care staff
🔹 Maintain full compliance with CQC and internal governance standards
🔹 Support staff with RQF Diploma development and performance management
🔹 Manage rotas, budgets, and day-to-day operational performance
🔹 Create a warm, respectful culture where residents can thrive and achieve their potential
