We’re recruiting for a Learning Disability Home Manager to lead two small residential services in Southampton, supporting 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. This is a rewarding leadership opportunity for a compassionate and motivated manager who is passionate about quality care, staff development, and empowering residents to live fulfilling, independent lives.

In this role, you will:
- Oversee two residential services supporting 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge
- Ensure safe, high-quality, and person-centred care delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of care staff
- Maintain full compliance with CQC and internal governance standards
- Support staff with RQF Diploma development and performance management
- Manage rotas, budgets, and day-to-day operational performance
