We’re recruiting for a Learning Disability Home Manager to lead two small residential services in Southampton, supporting 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. This is a rewarding leadership opportunity for a compassionate and motivated manager who is passionate about quality care, staff development, and empowering residents to live fulfilling, independent lives.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee two residential services supporting 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge
  • Ensure safe, high-quality, and person-centred care delivery
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of care staff
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC and internal governance standards
  • Support staff with RQF Diploma development and performance management
  • Manage rotas, budgets, and day-to-day operational performance
  • Create a warm, respectful culture where residents can thrive and achieve their potential
