We’re supporting a specialist nursing home providing high-quality care for individuals with complex neurological, physical, and mental health needs. As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join their leadership team. This is a brilliant opportunity for:

As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the home. You’ll lead from the front — supporting your team, driving quality and compliance, and ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care.
What we’re looking for:
- Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with active NMC registration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager
- Strong background in complex care, neurological or mental health services
- In-depth understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance
- Confident leader with experience managing teams within a nursing home setting
- Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills
Bonus if you also bring:
- Experience with systems such as Radar, Nourish, or Camascope
