We’re recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to lead a specialist neurorehabilitation service supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries. In this role, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of a specialist neurorehabilitation service
  • Hold and maintain CQC Registered Manager status for the service

  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards, legislation, and organisational policies
  • Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Manage service budgets and operational performance
