As their clinical team continues to grow, they’re looking for a Paediatric Clinical Lead to drive clinical excellence across community packages.

As Paediatric Clinical Lead, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of complex care packages — ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, governance, and staff competency. You’ll work closely with families, MDTs, and commissioners, while supporting and developing nurses and HCAs across your region.
What we’re looking for:
- Registered Nurse Childrens Nurse with an active NMC registration
- 5+ years post-registration experience (PICU / HDU / NICU / community complex care)
- Experience in tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk, and compliance
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop clinical teams
- Confident communicator with experience working with MDTs and external stakeholders
Bonus if you also bring:
- Experience working with CCGs / NHS stakeholders
- Teaching, mentorship, or clinical training experience
- Additional qualifications in paediatrics or complex care
