We’re recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager to join a specialist neurological care service supporting adults with brain injuries and complex neurological conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded rehabilitation service, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care and rehabilitation.
This role is perfect for:
- An experienced Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader within health or social care
- Someone with a strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards

In this role, you will:
- Support the day-to-day management of a specialist neurological care service
- Lead, mentor, and supervise care teams to deliver exceptional person-centred care
- Assist with staff recruitment, induction, supervision, and performance reviews
- Support budget management, workforce planning, and rota coordination
- Work closely with clinicians, families, and local authorities to deliver outstanding outcomes
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
- Participate in the on-call rota and support the Registered Manager with operational leadership
