We’re recruiting for an experienced Complex Community Nurse to join a dynamic and growing complex care team in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity to work autonomously, using your clinical expertise to support, train, and guide care teams while making a direct difference to people’s lives in the community.

Ideal For

  • A Registered Nurse (Adult or Children’s) with complex care experience
  • Someone confident in training, competency sign-off, and clinical governance
  • A proactive clinician who enjoys leading from the front and developing others

Responsibilities

  • Assess and review individual complex care packages
  • Provide clinical supervision, training, and competency assessments for support staff
  • Deliver hands‑on care and ensure the highest clinical standards are met
  • Liaise with clients, families, and MDT professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Support the Registered Manager and wider clinical team to maintain service excellence
  • Audit and maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with NMC standards
  • Champion safe medication administration and best practice in all care delivery
