You will be a key player on the production assembly, ensuring our Skylight Blinds meet the highest quality standards, on time and in a safe and secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high standards of product quality on the production line
- Operate machinery and handle materials in a safe and efficient manner
- Support multiple areas of production as a multi-skilled operative
- Use measurement tools with both metric and imperial systems
- Previous experience in a manufacturing background is desired
- Experience in Blind Manufacturing preferred but not essential
- Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and repetitive movements
- Basic understanding of metric and imperial measurements
- A team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
- Willingness to be trained and support different production functions
- Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand tools
