Classic Lodges is a growing independent Hotel Company with ten hotels in its portfolio. The Old Swan Hotel, a stunning property in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, is looking for a confident, dynamic and entrepreneurial addition to its friendly team.

As Assistant F&B Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management of the Bar, Restaurant and Banqueting team. You will have previous supervisory/management experience in a restaurant and possess good knowledge of working in large hotels.

You will need excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to manage a busy Food and Beverage team while providing an excellent level of service for our guests.
