If so, we’d like you to come and join our ‘Happy’ team as a Reservations Agent!
As our Reservations Agent within our Reservations family, you will find yourself administrating all bedroom reservations.
Surrounded by a supportive and fun team all working towards tailor made guest experiences, along with working towards various sales targets.
Within this dynamic environment with quick learning opportunities, you will have the chance to gain a greater insight into our various departments. ‘Upselling’ various hotel packages over the phone to our guest and proceeding with bookings.
We’re more concerned with what’s in the glass not whether it’s half full or empty so come and pour some happiness into yours by joining our team!
