As our Reservations Agent within our Reservations family, you will administer all bedroom reservations, work closely with a supportive and fun team to create tailor‑made guest experiences, and help achieve various sales targets. You will also upsell hotel packages over the phone to guests and handle all related bookings.
We’re more concerned with what’s in the glass, not whether it’s half full or empty, so come and pour some happiness into yours by joining our team!

As a Reservations Agent you will work 42.5 hours per week on a flexible rota, with some weekends required.
