Classic Lodges Limited is seeking a Sous Chef for our Farington Lodge Hotel to lead shifts, ensure high food quality, and maintain strict hygiene standards.

The role reports to the Head Chef and is full-time, 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends.

You will join a friendly kitchen team, with opportunities to develop professionally while contributing to memorable guest experiences and strong hospitality.
