The Opportunity Join a friendly team of people who work together as a team, delivering great food and service and genuine hospitality.
As second chef, you will be required to run the kitchen shift, responsible for food hygiene standards on shift and deliver great food and work as part of a kitchen and hotel team.
What We’re Looking For Steady and progessive chef career to date.
Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 preferred).
Demonstrate the required standard of food preparation and production.
Demonstate good knowledge of allergen food management Co-operative and able to work as part of the kitchen and hotel team.
Passionate about food and delivering a positive customer experience.
