The Opportunity

Breakfast chef at Farington Lodge Hotel, start at 6.30am until 1pm with a 30 minute break, five days a week, may include some weekends. A great opportunity for a chef requiring regular shift pattern of work. Ideally would suit someone local. You will be required to prepare and cook full English breakfast, and some baking of cakes.

  • Good standard of culinary skills (catering qualifications would be an advantage)
  • Basic food hygiene certificate level 2 (can be completed on site at the hotel)
  • Knowledge and understanding of food allergens
  • Punctual and reliable for work
  • Be able to work unsupervised
