Key Linen Porter Responsibilities – Hotel Housekeeping Support
- Efficiently collect, deliver, and organise clean linen, towels, and housekeeping supplies throughout the hotel.
- Remove used linen and ensure it is correctly prepared for laundry collection.
- Maintain tidy and well-stocked linen storage rooms and housekeeping offices.
- Assist housekeeping colleagues with replenishing cleaning supplies and room amenities as required.
- Report any shortages, maintenance issues, or irregularities promptly to the housekeeping supervisor or management.
- Support with additional duties to ensure the hotel environment is welcoming and presentable for all guests.
