We are seeking a Part Time Kitchen Porter to join us at The Old Swan Hotel - Harrogate.
Key Responsibilities of the Kitchen Porter Role
- Cleaning and sanitising all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks as required.
- Managing waste disposal and recycling operations.
- Ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes, pots, and pans by operating the dishwasher and performing handwashing tasks when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications for the Kitchen Porter
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial but not essential.
