Duty Manager / Food & Beverage Supervisor

  • You will be required to manage the shift on a daily basis, as a Duty Manager, this will include early and late shifts and weekends.

Your duties may typically include the following:

  • Ensuring all meeting and function rooms are ready for purpose.
  • Meeting and greeting conference clients, checking itineary, delivery of food and beverage service.
  • Responsible for ensuring the set up of meeting & function rooms.
  • Responsible for the delivery of restaurant evening service
  • Responsible for weekly liquor orders and participation in liquor stock takes.
  • Responsible for function bar service.
  • Contribution to health and safety in the hotel and ensure you meet the required compliance for statutory and legal requirements.
  • Dealing and responding to any customer issues, whilst on shift.
  • Staff inductions and training on bar and liquor service.

The candidate must be able to carry responsability, and ensure the successful delivery of food and bar service, when on shift and be an effective communicator with both colleagues and customers.
