The Opportunity: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Duty Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be ensuring our guests receive outstanding service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in customer service or a similar supervisory role who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to the front of house team.
  • Handle guest queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure high standards of service are maintained throughout the hotel.
  • Act as the main point of contact in the absence of senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer‑facing supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Calm under pressure with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
