The Opportunity: Join a friendly team of people who work together as a team, delivering great food and service and genuine hospitality. As second chef, you will be required to run the kitchen shift, responsible for food hygiene standards on shift and deliver great food and work as part of a kitchen and hotel team.

- Steady and progressive chef career to date.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 preferred).
- Demonstrate the required standard of food preparation and production.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of allergen food management.
- Co-operative and able to work as part of the kitchen and hotel team.
- Passionate about food and delivering a positive customer experience.
