Responsibilities
- Ensure guests receive a warm, friendly welcome and attentive service throughout their visit to our restaurant, bar, and event areas.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation at all times.
- Support with setting up and clearing down tables, ensuring dining and service areas remain clean and inviting.
- Assist with stock control, replenishing food & beverage supplies as required.
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries and feedback, ensuring every guest enjoys their experience.
- Work closely with kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Adhere to food hygiene, health and safety, and hotel policies at all times.
Essential Skills And Experience
- Previous experience in a food & beverage, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential β full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a proactive, positive attitude.
