We are seeking a skilled and Full-Time Spa Therapist to deliver high-quality treatments and exceptional guest experiences in a relaxing spa environment. Relevant beauty therapy qualifications required and experience working within the industry for 12 months is preferred, but not necessary as full Elemis training will be given.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional spa treatments (massage, facials, manicure, pedicure)
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend treatments
- Manage appointment schedules and client records
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
- Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships
Requirements
- NVQ/VTCT Level 2 and Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy
- Knowledge of different massage techniques and spa therapies
- Good communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work weekends
