We are seeking a skilled and Full‑Time Spa Therapist to deliver high‑quality treatments and exceptional guest experiences in a relaxing spa environment. Relevant beauty therapy qualifications required and experience working within the industry for 12 months is preferred, but not necessary as full Elemis training will be given.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional spa treatments (massage, facials, manicure, pedicure)
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend treatments
- Manage appointment schedules and client records
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment
- Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships
Requirements
- NVQ/VTCT Level 2 and Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy
- Knowledge of different massage techniques and spa therapies
- Good communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work weekends
