We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure all rooms are fully equipped for guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly after use.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitising rooms in accordance with hotel policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
