We\'re hiring for a Print Team Supervisor in our Print Team
We are seeking a dedicated Print Team Supervisor to lead our Print Team. Reporting to the Print Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily printing of football shirts, ensuring that every order of print is accurately processed and ready for dispatch to our customers.

Location: Hyde, parking on site minutes train journey from Manchester City Centre
Working Hours
- 39 hours per week.
- Flexible start time between 7:00 – 8:00 AM.
- 8-hour workday
- Finish time will vary depending on start time.
- Required to work 2 Saturdays per month – when a Saturday is worked, a day off will be provided during the week.
- Early finish on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Team Supervision: Oversee the Print Team in all daily activities, ensuring the accurate selection and application of prints for football shirts and adherence to deadlines.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on prints and ensure that each item meets the highest standards before dispatch. Ensure accuracy in order details and print positioning.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and support team members in best practices for printing, ensuring each team member is skilled and confident in their roles.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Manager to identify and implement improvements in the printing process to enhance productivity and minimize errors.
- Safety and Compliance: Monitor and enforce health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Inventory Coordination: Work closely with warehouse and product to manage print stock levels effectively and resolve any discrepancies affecting order fulfilment.
About you:
- Detail-Oriented and Accurate: Maintains high levels of accuracy in all tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction with every product.
- Efficient and Organized: Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities, keeping operations running smoothly.
- Safety-Minded: Thorough understanding of health and safety procedures in a production environment, with a commitment to compliance and enforcement.
- Problem-Solver: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement in the print process.
- Supervisory Experience: Previous background in a leadership role (Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar) with proven ability to manage staff and oversee daily operations.
- People Management & Collaboration: Skilled in handling employee relations, providing guidance and support, and building strong working relationships across departments.
