This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Officer based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Quality Officer will oversee and implement quality control processes, conduct quality audits, and ensure compliance with company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring operations, analyzing data to identify process improvements, preparing quality reports, and collaborating with team members to ensure adherence to quality management systems. The role requires excellent communication to liaise with various stakeholders and maintain a consistent focus on product excellence.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Management processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and identifying areas for improvement
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and report findings
  • Attention to detail and an ability to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
  • Relevant qualifications in quality management, food safety, or similar fields are advantageous
  • Experience in the food service industry or related field is beneficial

Office-based role, 8am–5pm, Location: Park Royal.
