As our Marketing Executive, you will drive commercially focused, integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and directly support sales growth. Working closely with sales, suppliers, and cross‐functional teams, you will help maximise the impact of product launches, promotions, and digital initiatives across all channels.

In this fast‐paced, collaborative environment, you will bring strong organisation, creativity, and commercial awareness to deliver high‐impact marketing, communications, and e‐commerce projects. You will confidently manage multiple priorities and take ownership of campaigns from concept to execution, always with a focus on delivering measurable value for the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support sales objectives, boost category performance, and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Lead marketing activity for product launches, seasonal promotions, and supplier‐funded initiatives—ensuring maximum commercial impact.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customer‐focused materials including brochures, sales presentations, sampling tools and goodies.
  • Manage and optimise product listings on our B2B e‐commerce platform, ensuring accurate content, strong merchandising, and conversion‐driven updates.
  • Implement digital promotions, homepage banners, and brand spotlights to increase visibility and online sales performance.
  • Monitor website analytics and customer journey insights to identify improvements that enhance user experience and commercial results.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities, category trends, and customer needs that inform marketing strategy.
  • Gather customer insights through surveys, feedback programmes, and collaboration with the sales team to drive data‐led decision‐making.
  • Support sales activation by organising customer events, tastings, chef workshops, and supplier showcases.
  • Work closely with our in‐house designer and photographer to create high‐quality visual assets for campaigns and digital channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • At least 3 years' experience in Marketing and Digital in B2B industries
  • Previous experience working with an E‐Commerce platform and across digital channels
  • Good experience working with sales teams
  • Ideally coming from the food industry and passion for food and hospitality
  • Excellent standard of English, spoken and written
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Superb time management skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Strong project management/organisational skills and attention to detail

Location: London – North Acton (3 days per week at the office)

Position: Permanent
