We are a successful and long-established independent agency marketing high quality holiday homes throughout the UK. Privately owned and established for over 40 years, we continue to thrive on innovation, a love of where we live and the desire to provide great service to our owners and guests. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our property team. Based in our Seaview office, the role is full-time working five days per week, initially on a six-month basis with potential for a permanent position. This varied role supports the day-to-day operations of our Property team. You’ll be the first point of contact, both on the phone and in person, for prospects and owners located in this beautiful area. The successful applicant will be part of a wider remote team; some travel to our other offices and visiting properties will be involved, including an initial training programme based at our head office in Cornwall.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Handling initial enquiries from prospective new owners.
  • Inputting and updating property details on our website and booking systems, including proofing listings.
  • Preparing contracts and collating compliance documentation.
  • Acting as a key contact for owners and customers, responding to enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Helping to co-ordinate housekeeping, maintenance services and contractors for managed properties.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in other offices to ensure high standards of service.
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties such as occasional property inspections, regional events and portfolio growth initiatives.

  • A proactive and enthusiastic team player with strong organisational skills, initiative and a sense of fun.
  • Excellent attention to detail and literacy.
  • Clear communication skills, in writing, face to face and by phone.
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively with colleagues, both within the Seaview office and as a key part of a wider remote team.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new IT systems.
  • Previous experience in a property related role would be an advantage.
  • Full UK driving licence.
