We are working with a specialist residential and nursing care provider who are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee our operations across the East Midlands region, spanning from Leicester to Peterborough.
This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring that the companies strategic objectives are met while fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities, and have a proven track record in supervising teams effectively in a similar role working with nursing and or residential care.
Duties

Lead and manage multiple teams across various locations within the region to ensure operational excellence.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and enhance productivity.

Monitor performance metrics and provide guidance to team leaders to drive improvements.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff.

Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, provide support, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Manage budgets and resources efficiently while identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and local communities.

Prepare reports on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities for senior management.

Proven experience in an area or regional managerial role within nursing and/or residential care, with a focus on leadership and team supervision.

Strong CQC knowledge.

Strong understanding of operational processes and the ability to implement effective strategies.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in conflict resolution and problem-solving within a team context is highly desirable., * Residential/nursing care management: 3 years (required)

In addition to an attractive base salaty of £60k per annum, you will also be eligible to achieve up to £20k a year in performance related bonus.
