We’re partnering with a leading UK charity to find a passionate leader for a medium sized 32-bed service in Ipswich. This specialist service supports individuals with cognitive impairments, progressive neurological conditions (like MND and Huntington’s), complex physical disabilities, and behaviours that challenge. About the Role: You’ll lead a talented multi-disciplinary team, shaping a care environment that’s person-centred, compassionate, and clinically excellent. From day-to-day leadership and CQC compliance to budget oversight and staff development—you’ll be at the helm, driving high standards and real impact.
