This specialist service supports individuals with cognitive impairments, progressive neurological conditions (like MND and Huntington’s), complex physical disabilities, and behaviours that challenge.
About the Role: You’ll lead a talented multi-disciplinary team, shaping a care environment that’s person-centred, compassionate, and clinically excellent. From day-to-day leadership and CQC compliance to budget oversight and staff development—you’ll be at the helm, driving high standards and real impact.
What You’ll Bring:
- QCF Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager
- Deep understanding of CQC regulations
