Are you an experienced CQC Registered Manager or Operations Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading provider of domiciliary care and support in the home is seeking to add an experienced Registered Manager to lead their Burnley office.
Key responsibilities:
- Undertake all duties of the CQC Registered Manager's role under the CQC regulations
- Line management and supervision of staff team including nursing team
- Responsible for accidents, incidents, and complaints management within the service
- Lead on recruitment and retention of care staff to deliver outstanding service
- Establish and maintain robust operational procedures in the office to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Budget delivery
- Overall responsibility for the safe service delivery in line with CQC regulations and company policies and procedures
- Oversee all new service user mobilisations
- Participating in meetings and forums to assess service provision
Required experience:
- Previously held a CQC Registration or strong CQC knowledge and willing to take on the registration
- Previous experience leading a domiciliary care service
- Operational leadership experience within the care sector
- Valid UK driving License and own vehicle
