Our client is growing rapidly and looking for passionate nurses to join their team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, leading care teams, and ensuring the highest standards of service.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage your own caseload of clients with complex care needs
Maintain high service standards inline with CQC, NMC, and professional guidelines
Report incidents, concerns, and safeguarding issues promptly
Supervise and support nurses and healthcare assistants
Ensure accurate completion of MAR charts
Train and develop care staff to enhance client outcomes
Follow the nursing process to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care

What You’ll Need:

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
Experience in complex care, including:

* PEG feeding (Essential)

* Tracheostomy care (Essential)

* Seizure management (Essential)

* Ventilator care (Essential)
