Windsor, Ontario – Windsor Regional Hospital (Ouellette Campus)| $22.07/hr | Mon–Fri: 4PM–10PM, Sat–Sun: 4PM–10PM

Your Responsibilities:
- Patrol hospital grounds, entrances, and restricted areas
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors
- Enforce access control and screen individuals using manual or equipment-based methods
- De-escalate conflicts and maintain a calm, professional presence
- Report incidents thoroughly and clearly
- Collaborate with hospital staff and local law enforcement
You Bring:
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Standard First Aid & CPR Level C (WSIB-approved vendor)
- Diploma in Police Foundations, Protection Security & Investigations, Border Services, or Criminology
- Fluency in English – written and oral
- Completed Use of Force (UoF) & Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certifications (or willingness to complete Paladin’s sponsored training with 6-month commitment)
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (two doses)
- Immunization records for Mumps, Measles, Rubella, Varicella, and two-step TB skin test
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
