Windsor, Ontario – Windsor Regional Hospital (Ouellette Campus)| $22.07/hr | Mon–Fri: 4PM–10PM, Sat–Sun: 4PM–10PM

Your Responsibilities:

  • Patrol hospital grounds, entrances, and restricted areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors
  • Enforce access control and screen individuals using manual or equipment-based methods
  • De-escalate conflicts and maintain a calm, professional presence
  • Report incidents thoroughly and clearly
  • Collaborate with hospital staff and local law enforcement

You Bring:

  • Valid Ontario Security License
  • Standard First Aid & CPR Level C (WSIB-approved vendor)
  • Diploma in Police Foundations, Protection Security & Investigations, Border Services, or Criminology
  • Fluency in English – written and oral
  • Completed Use of Force (UoF) & Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certifications (or willingness to complete Paladin’s sponsored training with 6-month commitment)
  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (two doses)
  • Immunization records for Mumps, Measles, Rubella, Varicella, and two-step TB skin test
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
