Owl Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Driver to support daily operations and ensure timely delivery of essential petroleum parts. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with local driving, making you a key link between internal teams, technicians, and customers. You’ll be joining a stable and growing team where accuracy, safety, and efficiency are highly valued.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, you will balance time on the road with time in the warehouse. Your success is measured by the accuracy of our inventory and the timeliness of our deliveries.
- Daily Operations: You will pick and pack orders, manage incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensure inventory records are updated accurately in our computer system.
- Delivery: You will safely operate a box truck or rack body truck to deliver petroleum parts to clients and internal technicians throughout the area.
- Customer Interaction: You will serve as a face for our company at the parts counter, assisting customers with orders and processing returns (RMA).
- Long-term Growth: Over time, you will become a subject matter expert in our parts inventory and logistics workflow, helping to organize equipment for scheduled service projects and maintaining a highly functional, clean work environment.
Must Have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving
- Ability to operate a 26ft+ rack body truck and box truck
- Clean driving record
- Proficiency with computer systems for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to obtain a DOT medical card (company paid)

- Experience managing RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes
