OWL Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical equipment in the field. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined, safety-focused professional who enjoys troubleshooting and working independently. As a technician, you will be the front line of service, ensuring critical systems such as POS equipment, alarms, and security devices operate efficiently across client locations.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and replace electro-mechanical equipment
  • Service devices such as cash registers, coin changers, alarms, and POS systems
  • Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions
  • Complete service requests and maintenance repairs in a timely, professional manner
  • Review work orders, manuals, and technical drawings
  • Utilize testing devices, hand tools, and power tools
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
  • Travel 30–40% overnight, including support for installations and upgrades
  • Maintain accurate documentation using company systems and mobile devices
