We are growing fast and looking for a Regional Sales Manager, UK&I to join our team. This role will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for closing new business outside of the Americas. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Management & Growth: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Account Executives to deliver consistent growth in new business bookings. Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales team targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing training, feedback, and mentorship to help your team refine their skills, reach ambitious goals, and progress in their careers. Foster a culture of team accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Team Culture & Engagement: Act as a role model and build a results-driven, engaged team that thrives on achieving goals while enjoying their work.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships across Sales, Account Management, Sales Development, Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams. Work closely with the SVP Sales, Sales Enablement, and other peers to ensure your team has the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor analytics and dashboards to guide decision-making and identify new opportunities. Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline, ensuring reliable monthly forecasting. Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership on sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasts.
  • Market & Competitive Insights: Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge and maximize growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (5+ years), preferably in SaaS or HR software involving prospecting, lead qualification, and closing.
  • SaaS knowledge: strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics, you know your MRR from your LTV.
  • Management experience: minimum of 2 years managing and developing a sales team.
  • Track record of success: consistent achievement (or overachievement) of sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Coaching & development: skilled at mentoring sales reps to elevate performance and reach career goals.
  • Communication & influence: excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relationship building: proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and team members.
  • CRM expertise: previous experience using Salesforce (or a similar CRM) to drive team productivity and pipeline efficiency.

  • Experience in recruitment or HR technology.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
