At ClassBento, we are on a mission to bring communities together through creative experiences. We connect local artists, foodies, and makers with people looking to learn new skills, from pottery and sewing to mixology and cooking. We are a fast-growing, social impact driven marketplace that champions independent small businesses, and we’re looking for a strategic, high-energy partnership builder to join our global team.

We are looking for a Community Partnerships Manager to serve as the primary engine for ClassBento’s growth across both the UK and East Coast US market. Operating remotely from the UK or in hybrid in Manchester or Newcastle, you will own the outreach lifecycle, from initial prospecting to onboarding, bringing top-tier artisan and culinary class providers onto our platform.

Note on time zones & flexibility: As you will be managing relationships across the Atlantic, this role requires flexible working hours. You’ll have the flexibility to design your day, but you will need a regular schedule that accommodates afternoon and evening overlap to collaborate with our East Coast US partners and New York-based team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner Acquisition & Outreach: Drive dual-market expansion by identifying and pitching independent class providers, studios, and teachers.
  • Securing Partnerships: Conduct personalised, multi-channel outreach (cold emails, calls, and digital networking) across diverse teacher profiles and secure new workshops for our platform.
  • Pipeline & CRM Integrity: Ensure immaculate, real-time record-keeping in Pipedrive to optimize daily outreach efficiency.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Guide new teachers through the initial setup phase as their primary platform advocate before handing them over to an account manager team.
  • Staying Connected & Curious: Keep your finger on the pulse of creative trends and what's happening in your UK and East Coast US cities.

By getting to know our platform inside and out, you'll naturally become a champion for ClassBento’s newest features and unique value.

Who are you (required qualifications)

  • Experience: You bring 2+ years of experience in sales development, account management, or partnership success, ideally within creative marketplaces, the maker economy, or travel and tech platforms.
  • CRM Knowledge: You have a working knowledge of Pipedrive (or a similar CRM like Salesforce/HubSpot) and naturally treat data integrity and pipeline management as priorities.
  • Autonomist: You love autonomy and thrive in a flexible environment. You are comfortable taking the lead on a remote market, and you possess the organisational skills to naturally balance your day across multiple time zones.
  • Relationship Builder: You build rapport quickly with independent business owners, enjoy virtual presentations, and write clear, engaging communication.
  • Social Impact: Join a talented, empathetic team dedicated to supporting independent creative artists and small businesses.

Benefits

  • Free Creative Classes: Receive £500 in free class credits every year to experience our community firsthand.
  • Learning & Development: A £300 annual budget dedicated to your professional growth and upskilling.
  • WFH Flexibility: Work from home or hybrid from offices Manchester and Newcastle to connect with our team.

If you are a relationship-builder who loves the creative sector and wants a high-impact, autonomous role across the UK and US, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Remote (or Hybrid Manchester or Newcastle)
