We are looking for a delivery & warehouse operative to work with our active Service Centre team.

You will play a key role in our operations, ensuring that deliveries are made efficiently and warehouse activities run smoothly.

This is a mixed role that requires flexibility in switching between warehouse operations and delivery duties.

You will be responsible for multi-drop deliveries, assisting with warehouse activities, and maintaining high service standards.

We specialise in providing state and independent schools throughout the UK with a unique subscription‑based service called Easy4u.

It is designed to make educational devices, such as a laptop or tablet, accessible and affordable for pupils and staff.

CTS seeks to develop and bring to market innovative solutions and provide hassle‑free access to a device throughout a school career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and efficient multi‑drop deliveries to schools.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service, greeting and interacting professionally with all our school contacts.
  • Load, secure, and deliver packages (up to 30kg) with accuracy and care.
  • Use basic warehouse operations systems on a tablet for delivery pickups and drop‑offs.
  • Perform regular vehicle safety checks and report any issues promptly.
  • Optimise route planning and delivery efficiency in collaboration with the Logistics Manager.
  • Support warehouse operations, including packaging, labelling, and organising deliveries.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring the secure transport of fragile cargo.
  • Assist with improvements in warehouse and delivery processes.

Qualifications

  • A strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to adapt and contribute to a fast‑growing logistics team.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Experience in a commercial driving role is a plus.
  • Clean UK driving licence and minimum of 3 years driving experience.
  • Physically fit and able to handle deliveries of varying weights.
  • A forklift licence is a bonus but not required.
