After School Club Manager – Cheltenham Class People Recruitment Class People are excited to be supporting a growing After School Club based in Cheltenham , who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic After School Club Manager . This role is key to the planning, organisation, and delivery of a safe, engaging, and active club provision for children in Years 2 to 6. You will work closely with a Younger Years Lead, who will manage the Reception and Year 1 children in a separate area within the school grounds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children, creating enriching activities, and running an efficient and welcoming club environment. Key Responsibilities: Activity Planning & Delivery: Plan and deliver a range of activities suitable for children aged 6-11 years (Years 2-6). Ensure sessions are inclusive, engaging, and promote teamwork and physical activity. Prepare and maintain safe, organised activity areas.
