Join our team as a General Operative (Traffic Management) in Shotts ML7 5DW. Must hold a full driving licence (no more than 6 points) to be eligible for this role.

- 12 days on, 2 days off
- 6 days on, 1 day off
- Part-time over 4 days - Shift patterns of Sat-Tue or Thurs-Sun
We also have vacancies for high-speed operatives, which involve night shifts. These roles require a 12AB Lantra qualification.

- Within 40 minutes driving distance from depot.
- Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g., Lantra 12AB, 12D M1/M2, or Unit 2) (desirable, not essential).
