Must hold a full driving licence (no more than 6 points) to be eligible for this role.

We offer three flexible shift patterns designed to support a healthy balance between your work commitments and personal life:
- 12 days on 2 days off (work 12 days, weekend off and continue)
- 6 days on 1 day off
- Part-time over 4 days, shift patterns of Sat-Tue or Thurs-Sun
We also have vacancies for high-speed operatives, which involve night shifts. These roles require a 12AB Lantra qualification.

Role Overview:
As a Traffic Management Operative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow on highways and construction sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and maintaining traffic management systems
- Safely directing traffic during roadworks, events, and emergencies
- Collaborating with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Upholding our people-first culture and contributing to our fresh cultural change programme
Requirements for Traffic Management Operative:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Flexibility to work shift patterns as stated above
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points and held for more than 10 months
- Within 40 minutes driving distance from depot
- Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g. Lantra 12AB, 12D M1/M2, or Unit 2) desirable but not essential
