Join our team as a General Operative (Traffic Management) at Class One Traffic Management. Location: Bonnybridge FK4 2AQ. We offer three flexible shift patterns designed to support a healthy balance between your work commitments and personal life:
- 12 days on, 2 days off
- 6 days on, 1 day off
- Part-time over 4 days – Shift patterns of Sat‑Tue or Thu‑Sun
Vacancies for high-speed operatives involve night shifts and require a 12AB Lantra qualification.

- Valid traffic management qualifications (e.g., Lantra 12AB, 12D M1/M2, or Unit 2 – desirable, not essential)
