Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our busy Finance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a varied workload with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Processing a high volume of Sales & Purchase ledger invoices daily.
- Supporting month-end processes (where required).
- Managing credit control activities to support cash flow.
- Delivering a high level of customer service in all interactions.
About You
We are looking for a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
You Will Have
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Strong written communication and confidence in dealing with stakeholders.
- The ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
- A proactive and results-driven approach.
Experience within the construction industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
Skills & Experience
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Understanding of monthly accounts processes, including P&L and Trial Balance would be advantageous.
- Proven experience working in a busy, fast-paced finance environment.
