Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant – Full Time (ASD/ADHD)
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Rate: £90-£105 per day
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD and ADHD
- Implement strategies outlined in EHCPs to meet individual needs
- Use patience, empathy, and consistency to manage behaviour positively
- Support with social, emotional, and communication development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
- Help to create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children with ASD and/or ADHD
- Knowledge of strategies such as visual timetables, sensory aids, and positive behaviour management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships
- A proactive, resilient, and compassionate approach
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, SEN training) desirable but not essential
