Class Mate is working with a welcoming and supportive specialist school in Newark that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This role involves supporting pupils across EYFS through to Post-16, with classes organised by ability rather than age. Class sizes are intentionally small (typically 3–7 pupils) to ensure every child receives the personalised support they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities
