Class Mate is working with a welcoming and supportive specialist school in Newark that is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This role involves supporting pupils across EYFS through to Post-16, with classes organised by ability rather than age. Class sizes are intentionally small (typically 3–7 pupils) to ensure every child receives the personalised support they need to thrive. The school has a strong focus on education, communication development, and holistic child development, creating a nurturing environment where pupils can build confidence, independence, and essential learning skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs
