£150 £190 per day Full-time September start
Class Mate is recruiting for a KS1 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in NG12. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who enjoys creating engaging lessons and helping young pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.
The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons across the National Curriculum
- Support early reading, phonics and mathematics
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching accordingly
- Promote positive behaviour and strong classroom routines
- Support pupils with SEND and different learning needs
- Work collaboratively with the wider school team
We're Looking For
- QTS or a recognised UK teaching qualification
- KS1 teaching experience
- Good understanding of phonics and early reading
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
- Ability to adapt teaching to individual needs
- Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
